Terms & Conditions

1. Each applicant would be required to fill in an application form with correct details.
2. Information received by the committee will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used for any other purpose but in deciding the winner.
3.Incomplete/incorrect applications will be rejected by the committee.
4.The candidate should be a first-generation social entrepreneur. (Applicant should have started the enterprise on their own initiative.)
5.The committee reserves all the rights to accept or reject any application without citing any reason.
6.The enterprise must have been started at least 3 years before.
7.The applicant should not be implicated as a party to any of the proceedings including economic offences.
8.The committee reserves the right to call back the award in case the details furnished by you are found to be incorrect at a later stage.
9.The individual/organization shall be apolitical/non-religious.
10.The last date for receiving applications is 31/03/2021.
