For past 100 years, the health problems are growing constantly.Last decade saw an arise of a great variety of diseases. Also, different types of cancers are newly been discovered.Lymphatic cancer, pancreatic cancer are the newly discovered cancers. But thankfully, by the involvement of great health providers in society, the mortality rate is on the bay.
The rate of breast cancer patients is increasing in this century.Hormone replacement therapy is better used for the treatment of breast cancer.Initially, the prescribed rate of hormone replacement therapy was very high. But later on the studies, it became evident that the hormone replacement therapy should only be prescribed half it’s rate as early described.
Colon cancer rate is also increasing nowadays. From the appearance of fast foods on diet, the disappearance of fibre contents is evident. The introduction of white flour on supermarkets increased its demand on society. When compared to the wheat flour which lasts for less than six months, the white flour lasts for several years.Because of the modern health community’s involvement on including high-fibre diets in food, the importance of fibre rich food are enhanced. Thus the colon cancer could be better prevented.
Lung cancer which is mainly due to the smoking is effectively reduced.Countries like the United States have banned smoking, this could effectively cut the rate of deaths due to lung cancer. In certain European countries such as Sweden, they are lagging the ban of cigarettes. This could not mark any changes in the curve so far.In Asian countries such as China, the cigarette smoking is regarded as a vengeance. This raised the curve upwards.Smoking could not only cause lung cancer but also jaw, lips, throat, bladder, pancreatic cancers too.

Sun worshipers and tanning beds have increased the chance of skin cancer too.

The number of people overcoming cancer is nearly 14.5 million in 2014 and by 2024 the rate is expected to rise to 19 million.Based on 2010-2012 data, approximately 39.6% of people are expected to get diagnosed with cancer. In 2014, 15,780 children in between the ages 0 to 19 are diagnosed with cancer and 1,960 children died of cancer.National Expenditures for Cancer Care in the United States estimated that nearly $125 billion in 2010 and $156 billion in 2020 are being spent.
By modern studies, cancer is the most leading disease seen now in this new generation world.By studies in 2012, 14 million new cases and 8.2 million cancer-related deaths are seen.Within the next two decades, the number of cancer cases I will increase to 22 million.Africa, Asia, Central and South America are the major parts of the world where the cancer cases are reported recently.More than 60% of cancer deaths occur here.
So by analysing such a great topic, we could eventually conclude that the cancer rates are increasing. The causes for cancers are increasing rapidly. Many curing mechanisms have been discovered for cancer disease. The changing lifestyles and fooding habits have better paved the way for new cancers.
